Terms of Service

These terms apply while Skimmr (“we”, “us”) is in pre-launch and cover your use of this website and our waitlist. By joining the waitlist or requesting a demo, you agree to these terms. They will be replaced by full product terms before paid access opens. Questions? Email hello@skimmr.net.

Skimmr is not yet generally available. The waitlist is a way to register interest and, for founding members, to indicate willingness to subscribe at a stated price when access opens. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract to provide the service, guarantee access, or guarantee any particular price, feature, or launch date.

Skimmr is a decision-support tool. Anything we show, including estimates, sample figures, and demonstrations, is for illustration and may use example data clearly labelled as such. We make no guarantee of profit, revenue, or business outcome. Decisions you make using Skimmr are your own responsibility.

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or someone else’s details.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

The Skimmr name, mark, copy, and design are ours. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

The website is provided “as is” during pre-launch. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on pre-launch materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
